Invoice request for purchases in the TAP&TAP channel

In this section you can search the tickets purchased in TAP&TAP mode to request invoice for the invoice (within 23:59 of the purchase day) or the tax receipt.

Purchase with Payment Card

Purchase with Apple Pay

Enter the date and departure station of the trip that you purchased in TAP&TAP mode, after which, pressing the Search button will prompt you to enter the payment card number used for the purchase.

Enter the date, departure station, time slot in which the trip took place and the 4 visible digits of the Apple Pay virtual credit card number displayed on the phone. On pressing the Search button, the tickets purchased using this method of payment will be displayed.

To request the invoice, fill in this form (link: http://www.trenitaliatper.it), indicating the following details:
“Departure station”, “Arrival station”, “Amount”, “Purchase made on”, “Phone number”, “IE-mail address for receiving the invoice”.
In the “Brief description of anomaly” field, enter the Device ID number, hour and minute of the transaction.
