Booking request for TAP&TAP trips

In this section you can search for TAP&TAP tickets to request their accounting (by 11:59 pm on the day of arrival) or payment without automatic system debit on the TAP&TAP payment card.

“Departure station”, “Arrival station”, “Amount”, “Purchase made on”, “Phone number”, “IE-mail address for receiving the invoice”.
In the “Brief description of anomaly” field, enter the Device ID number, hour and minute of the transaction.
